Julia Roberts is most well-known for her role in “Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County”, where she played Linda Linus, the very sexy, and sultry character that we know as “Echoe Matthews“. You may not be aware that Echoe Matthews is also a fan cute little things. As you may already know, Echole is the character played by Julia Roberts in the movie “Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County”. As a matter of fact, Echole was one of the main characters in the book as well, which explains why many people are unfamiliar with this actress. We will be discussing what Echole is, why she is so beloved, and where it came from.

First of all, what is Echole? Wikipedia says that Echole is an American Indian herbal practitioner who practices herbal medicine. Her name derives from “ewhile it was called chole” which means “wild Yam”. Another form of the name is Echeole, which means “once spilt”. Echole is an herbalist who uses wild yam herbs to treat small wounds, illnesses, and boobies, as well as other types of cancer.

In this fictional world that Randa Jarrar shows us in “Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County”,  Echoe Matthews is a character who works with a company called TLC (True Colors Media). TLC is responsible for casting various characters for the television show, including Echoe. Echole is infatuated with Linda Linus (wife and director), but she is unable or unwilling to approach her due to her large bust. Echole has the brilliant idea of making Linda jealous by giving her a fake breast that will look just like her own.

Linda discovers about Echoe’s plan only later, when he tells her about how he made his fake bust. The entire story thus begins with Echole revealing to Linda why he made the costume, as well as explaining that it was designed for a scene in the TV show where he was going to wear it, but he got scared when one of the assistants asked if it really was his. After Echole finishes his explanation, Linda comes out with the realization that her husband does not love her anymore (though she tries to prove otherwise to him). Echole asks Linda for forgiveness and she coldly says no before walking off. This is the first part of the series wherein we see Echole’s personality slowly change towards Linda; however, this doesn’t necessarily mean that he feels love for her; he just wanted to spite her by giving her a fake bust.

Echole and Linda are the focus of the second episode. It’s revealed that he likes the way she looks, and that she acts like a female version of herself, which he finds flattering. Echole, who is trying to impress her with his acting abilities, stumbles upon the breasts issue and goes to Linda to tell Linda about it. However, Linda discovers that she already knew about it after watching the television program. Echoe is angry and disappointed that he found out the truth too late. This fuels the plot to involve him and another woman who is attracted by Echole.

Eventually, Echoe does end up getting his revenge by convincing the woman who knew about his cheating ways, which was named Linda, to spill the beans on him and make her pay for what she has done to him. But Linda isn’t the only one who ends up getting hurt in the process. During one of the fights between Echole and the other woman (Eli), he accidentally drops his drink all over her. Before he can help it, a waiter comes in and knocks over a bottle of wine, causing it to spill all over the floor. The woman he is in love with walks in to hear him spilling the wine all over his place.
